The 6th Annual Golf Tournament was held on Wednesday, October 29th at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club in Ocean View. It was a well-attended event and both the course and the weather were wonderful.

2015 Registration Begins for Regular Season
Registration has begun for the 2015 regular season.

Fellow Softballer:
We’re ready to start the registration process for our 18th year of Olde Tymers Softball (OTS) and hope you plan to be part of our 2015 season. We welcome recreational players, men and women, who are 55 years of age or over as of December 31, 2015. Skill in fielding, hitting, throwing and running are evaluated to ensure players are capable of protecting themselves while playing games.
Games take place at the Dagsboro Church of God fields located on Route 113 in Dagsboro, and are played during the summer on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Games postponed due to rain or inclement weather, and some end of the season tournament games, will be played on Wednesdays.
Important Dates:
OTS general meeting - Monday, March 30th at 6 pm, place to be announced
Pre-season practices start Tuesday, March 31st with 2014 teams
New Player Evaluation Day (10 am) – April 16th (formerly new player game)
Player draft to be held on Monday, April 20th, 10 am at the COG
Practice w/new teams starts – Tuesday, April 21st
Season starts Thursday, April 30th, runs through the first week of September
REGISTRATION PROCESS: Team sizes and numbers of players are limited. The 2015 registration process has changed. All players who are returning from playing in the 2014 regular season are guaranteed a roster spot, as long as they submit their registration form with payment by January 15th, 2015. Any returning players registering after the deadline and all new players will be placed on a wait list and moved to the active roster if needed in the order their registration forms, with payment, are received according to the USPS date stamp.
