NOTE: the Minors Home and Minors Visitor cages are not available from 6pm-7pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday due to the late game on Minors. 

UPDATE: Saturday, Feb. 4: Evaluations are on a ONE HOUR DELAY while the infield is being worked on. 12s and 11s will start at 10:00 with a 9:30 check in.

UPDATE, Friday, Feb 3: Saturday evaluations are planned to go on as scheduled. The fields are looking great and in playable condition. Monitor this website for changes.

Great turn-out at this past weekend's evaluations. Thank you parents for taking advantage of the excellent weather. Note that 11&12, 9&10 and 7&8 age groups are combined. All players wishing to play in the MAJORS division MUST evaluate.

Saturday, February 4th
Check In Opens: 8:30
11 and 12 year olds at 9am (check-in at 8:30)
9 and 10 year olds at 10am (check-in at 9:30)
7 and 8 year olds at 11am (check-in at 10:30)

In the event that Saturday, Feb. 4 is rained out we will attempt to have evaluations Sunday, Feb. 5. In the event that both Feb. 4 and Feb. 5 are rained out evaluations will be held Saturday, Feb. 11.

Registration:
Oct 01 - Registration opens for all divisions
Jan 01 - Registration fees increase
Player Evaluations:
Jan 21-22 - Player evaluations Weekend 1 - CANCELLED due to Unplayable Conditions
Jan 28-29 - Player evaluations Weekend 2
Feb 04 - Player evaluations rain make up day
Draft Dates & Practices:
Feb 06 - Majors player drafts - players to be notified by managers within 24 to 48 hours
Feb 07 - AAA player drafts - players to be notified by managers within 24 to 48 hours
Feb 11* - Practices for Majors and AAA divisions begin (depends on permits and notifications)
Feb 13 - AA player drafts - players to be notified by managers within 24 to 48 hours
Feb 15 - A player drafts - players to be notified by managers within 24 to 48 hours
Feb 14 - Practices for AA can begin. Managers must have player's medical releases signed and in hand
Feb 16 - Practices for A can begin. Managers must have player's medical releases signed and in hand
T-Ball/Farm:
Feb 14 - Registration for T-Ball and Farm closes
Feb 16 – Manager meeting for Farm/Tball
Feb 17 – T-Ball and Farm Rosters are released to managers
Feb 18 - Practice begins Farm/TBall. Managers must have player's medical releases signed and in hand
Season Prep and Training:
Mar 05 - ALL Umpire Training - mandatory for all teams, check-in at NOON at the Snack Bar

Mar 07, 6:00pm - CPR Training - Wood Middle School Multi-Purpose Room. all managers are required to be certified, parents are also invited. FREE event.
Regular Season:
Mar 11- Opening Day Festivities - Noon to 1:30. Ceremonies for the entire League and at least 1 game per baseball divisions A, AA, AAA, Majors
Mar 11 - Photo Day
Mar 11 - Field Prep clinic immediately following Opending Day Festivities. Meet at the main equipment shed
Mar 12 - Opening Day Games - 2:00pm on all fields
Mar 12 - All remaing teams in Majors through A division play
Mar 12 - Challenger Games begin
TBD - Score Keeping Clinic, at the picnic tables at Lum School playground area
Mar 19 - First games for Farm and T-Ball
Jun 03 - Championship Games and Closing Ceremonies
