• 5 - 7 Machine Pitch (5 year olds must have completed a season of Tee Ball)
• 6 - 8 Minor Division
• 8 - 11 Major Division
• 11-12 Intermediate Division
  
• 12 - 13 Junior Division

Late forms could cause child to be put on waiting list.
Both forms need to be filled out and signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

Registration Information

• Registration for Martinsburg Little League baseball will take place at the Martinsburg Mall on Saturday, February 5, 12 and 19 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Monday, February 7, 14 and 21 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
• Everyone must register regardless of prior participation.
• Boys and girls born between May 1, 1994 and April 30, 2007 are eligible to play.(ages 4-16)
• All new players must have a copy of a valid state birth certificate for the league to keep on file (Proof of Age Requirements).
• All players must reside within the league boundaries and provide a photocopy of three proofs of residence to be kept on file. (Proof of Residency Requirements ) 
• The parent or legal guardian with custody of the child must be present to sign the forms.
• Please sign up early so the proper number of teams may be created.
• Signing up late could cause your child to be put on a waiting list until a vacancy occurs.

Online registration is available now for returning players. New Registrants must sign up In-Person as Proof of Residence forms and a copy of the players birth certificate must be on file with league administrators. Returning players may sign-up online by clicking on one of the Register Payers Online buttons above.. New or Returning players may fill out the forms noted below and present them at In-Person Registration.

Tryout information if you anticipate playing in either the Major, Junior or Senior Divisions.

Both the Application and Medical Release Form need to be filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
