HELPFUL HINTS TO RUNNING A CONCESSION STAND WITHOUT CONFUSION AND CONGESTION

HAVE FUN!

Be on time. (so you have proper preparation time before opening the windows)

Depending on the number of workers:

One person running the till
One or two people taking orders (this person can also get pop orders)
One or two people in back area cooking/preparing food
One person manning the popcorn machine
One person pouring coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate/Russian tea/cider

Customers should line up at the opposite end of the cash register, take orders, call out orders to those preparing food, when the customer reaches the register, they should have their order and be ready to pay.

In our new facility, we have plenty of room so there is no need to be running into each other. If everyone takes a station, and helps out when needed or time allows, things should run smoothly for everyone.

VENDING MACHINES

The vending machines in the Crookston Sports Center are NOT owned by the Blue Line Club, they are owned and operated by the city of Crookston.

You CANNOT give out refunds of money or merchandise to someone who gets the wrong item, or looses their money from the vending machines. Please direct them to an arena or city worker to resolve this issue.

YHC MEETINGS

The Youth Hockey Committee usually meets every 2 weeks. These meetings are open to the public. Meeting dates and times are listed on the bulletin board at www.KROXam.com or you can contact any one of the committee members.

The "HOME" page will contain more general information on hockey that would pertain to everyone and not necessarily just Crookston youth hockey.

The "NEWS" page will contain more specific information for Crookston hockey.

The "ARENA LOCATIONS" page contains several arena names, addresses and phone numbers. Next to each is a compass and if you click on that, it will bring up a map for directions to that arena.
