    Pre-Season Hockey Camp at the JMM Sports Complex

 

The 10th Annual Pre-Season Hockey Camp is being offered at the JM McDonald (JMM) Sports Complex in Cortland, NY for Mite, Squirt, Pee Wee and Bantam players. 

The instructor is Don Armstrong, Former Cortland-Homer Golden Eagles high school hockey coach with over 35 years of coaching experience!

The cost per player is $100, siblings are $85 and goalies are $60.

2015 BELL CAPITAL CUP

 

The 2015 Bell Capital Cup will be held in Ottawa, Canada from December 29, 2014 thru January 2, 2015.  This youth hockey tournament includes: 

• more than 350 teams from Europe, Asia, and North America
• 19 Boy Squirt and Pee Wee divisions (AAA, AA, A, B or House)
• 2 Girl Squirt and Pee Wee divisions (AA)   
• 3 games minimum for A, B and House teams 
• 4 games minimum for AAA and AA teams
• an opportunity to attend a 7:30pm Buffalo Sabres and Ottawa Senators game at the Canadian Tire Centre on Monday Dec 29, 2014.  Teams purchasing tickets to the Sens/Sabres game would have access to the Bell Capital Cup group rate, which is a discounted rate compared to the gate price.

    SafeSport Training

SafeSport Program Training is offered for coaches, officials, team managers or other members registered through USA Hockey.  This program is offered with no cost and should take 90 minutes to complete.  To register for this training program, please visit this link. 

18U Jr SENS CHARITY RECOGNITION

A special thanks to the Binghamton Jr. Senators Midget 18UA team for their generous efforts in raising $800 for the American Cancer Society and Cowick's Fight for a Cure.  Inspired by the Binghamton Senators' Corey Cowick, who pledged to donate $10 to the American Cancer Society for every successful B-Sens penalty kill on home ice during the 2013-2014 regular season, the players and their families wanted to help support this worthy cause.  It is their hope that other STHA teams may follow in their footsteps and give back to this and other worthy causes in our community.  The Midget 18U team was recognized at the Sens game on March 28th.

1st Annual End of Season Celebration

The STHA end of season celebration hosted at the Binghamton Senators game this past Friday March 28 was a huge success.  Thanks to everyone in the STHA organization for supporting both the Binghamton Senators and the STHA.
