The operation of the league is governed by its Constitution, which was last updated in 2009. The previous updates to the Constitution were in here and 1989.
The mid-season tournament is completely separate from the regular season, with trophies being awarded to the "A" and "B" side winners. Due to the number of games that are played over the course of a weekend, the tournament rules are slightly different than those of regular season play.

Captain's Meeting / Pitcher Draft
At this same meeting, each captain will draw their division placement from a hat. Aside from the regular season schedule, the divisions will affect the mid-season tournament groupings. Tournament Group A will consist of the Glen 1, Glen 2, Cairn 1, and Cairn 2 teams. Tournament Group B will consist of the Glen 3, Glen 4, Cairn 3, and Cairn 4 teams. Tournament Group C will consist of the Glen 5, Glen 6, Cairn 5, and Cairn 6 teams. Some rule changes will also be discussed at this meeting. These changes are the result of decisions made at the last AGM as well as some fine tuning that the executive have been working on. Once the executive are happy with the wording, the proposed 2003 rules will be posted on this web site.
