The Executive Committee met on November 12, 2013 to begin preparations for the 2014 season.

Several dates were set for the 2014 season.
League Meeting March 31st – 6:00 pm, location to be announced (all players welcome)
Spring Practice Starts April 1st – 9:00 am and 10:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday (new players at 9:00 am on Field 2 every Tuesday and Thursday)
New Player Evaluation April 16th – 10:00 am (rain date is the 17th)
Player Draft April 21st – 10 am at the Church of God (old Chapel)
2014 Team Practice Starts April 22nd – every Tuesday and Thursday
Season Starts May 1st – every Tuesday and Thursday (makeup games last Wednesday of each month)

Bring your rakes and shovels and help finish up the warning track and outfield re-seed on Field 1.
The fun starts at 9:00 and we should be done by 11:00.
Note: With the golf tournament being played on Tuesday, 11/5, it's expected that the turnout for Winter ball will be light at best or maybe none at all.
The 2013 OTS Fall Softball Season ends this Thursday, October 31st. But there is good news for all the diehard OTS softball players.
The Winter Season starts next week!
All games during the Winter Season are "pick-up" games and are generally played on Tuesdays and Thursdays when the weather is warm (usually 50° or above and not too windy) and enough players show up. In past years, there has been a brief batting practice starting at 10:30 followed by a game beginning around 11:00. However, these times are very flexible depending on the weather, and games have been played on days other than Tuesdays and Thursdays.
