ALL PLAYERS INVITED!

Bethany Beach Town Hall

6:00 p.m.

Changes to the By-Laws, a new Code of Conduct, the number of teams, the number of players per team and other topics will be discussed.

Be sure to attend. Bethany Beach Town Hall is located at the intersection of Rt.1 and Garfield Parkway. Garfield Parkway has been under construction, so parking may be an issue. Get there early and carpool if you can.

Practice starts the next morning, April 1st. Details to follow. 

Winter ball will be played on Thursday, 3/20 as plannned.

Wednesday ball canceled due to field conditions. Update on Thursday later today. 

Weatherman Mike is predicting warm temperatures for Wednesday, 3/19 and Thursday, 3/20 this week, so we're going to be playing some softball.

Batting practice starts at 11:30 with a nine-inning game to follow on both days.

Fourteen 3-man teams vied for prizes at the 2nd Annual OTS Bowling Tournament held at the Millsboro Lanes on February 14th. Prizes were awarded for:

High Individual Scratch Series: Ed Wilson

High Individual Scratch Game: Ed Sternberg

High Individual Handicap Series: Bob Holmes

High Individual Handicap Game: Wally Siegfried 

High Team Scratch Series: Jesse Bare, Terry Shifflett and Mike Bahr

High Team Handicap Series: Johnny Allen, Chris Dave and Ed Sternberg 

Drawings were held for numerous other prizes:

50/50 Winners: Billy Bowser (cash) and Jeff Martin (digital camera/binocular) 

Johnny Will He/Won't He? Winner: Ed Wilson
