Titans Baseball Information
The Titans baseball program works out of GUTS Training Center located at 1008 Orchard Street in Ferndale, Michigan. This location is multi-faceted with a personal training area, fitness area and over 6000 square feet of turfed, athletic area. The facility features four (4) 12' x 12' x 70' tunnels for pitching and hitting practice and an area 33' wide by 180' long for drills and conditioning.
The Titans baseball program was created to give aspiring young athletes a chance to play a more competitive brand of baseball. Since the program's inception, the Titans’ success on the ball diamond has quickly garnered more and more attention and interest. Today, the program offers multiple teams that range from 8u on up.
The Titans program stands apart in two ways:
First, we play tournaments on the weekends and we focus on practice during the week. We believe the greater value is in the practices, where we work on fundamentals and game situations between tournaments. Second, we’re not a plug-and-play program. In other words, we don’t target elite players to field a team built to win trophies. Rather, we take athletic players and make them elite. Yes, the Titans play to win. But we never lose sight of the objective -- to help our players reach the varsity baseball level.
