Please download the attached form, complete and provide to the Hawthorne Soccer Association President during our August meeting.

All coaches, Instructional and Divisional, new and returning, must complete and submit the Kids Safe form prior to the start of the season.

Congratulations to the Hawthorne Soccer coaches who participated in youth soccer training and earned their "F" license certifications!  Over 40 coaches from Hawthorne and Northern New Jersey towns and clubs received the two day training here in Hawthorne.  Thank-you to New Jersey Youth Soccer for hosting this coaches training session!

Coaches who are interested in receiving coaches training should contact a member of the board at our monthly association meetings (see calendar).

Congratulations to all indoor soccer players on a great season!  We hope to see you in the fall for our outdoor soccer programs.

Here's a 6 six step process for you to complete prior to arriving at the registration location.   It will allow for a quicker registration once you arrive.

Registration Forms are available for downloading to your computer for print-out and completion prior to arriving at our scheduled registration sessions.

1. Player Registration - THREE COPIES of either form must be brought to registration:
- Player Registration Form - Word .doc Format.  Please download the file (click here) to your PC, complete the form's fields on your PC, save your file on your PC and print three copies. , OR

- Player Registration Form - Adobe. pdf Format.  Please download the file (click here) to your PC, print out one copy, write-in needed inforamation, and make two additional copies.

and 2. Code of Conduct - Download file, print-out and retain for your reference throughout the season.

and 3. Parent Agreement - THREE COPIES of this form must be brought to registration.

4. Gather the supporting material (see registration flyer)   INCLUDING A RECENT CHILD SHOULDER UP PHOTO FOR DIVISIONAL REGISRATION ONLY.

5. Make check payable to “Hawthorne Soccer Association”

6. Arrive and go right to the registration table!
