All parents of A, AA, AAA, and Major Division players that provided email addresses during registration should have received an email from PTownBaseballMom@comcast.net on Saturday afternoon advising them of a workday on Saturday, March 10th. I got lots of error notifications back so I may not have an accurate email address for all of you that wish to recieve important updates by mail.
If you didn't receive the email but would like to get them in the future, please email me at the above address and provide your son or daughter's name and Division so I can update my list and get you in the loop! Thanks for your help.
Time To Hang The Season Opener Bunting... And Finish A Few Other Projects on Sat 3/10!
Hey PALL Parents. Opening Day is right around the corner. The teams are looking sharp!
Let's get the PALL fields ready for them. We need a couple dozen of you to give us a hand on Saturday, March 10th beginning at 9am. Some of the things we'll be doing include opening up the Kenneally Field Snack Shack, hanging signboards on the fences, doing some final work on the infields and installing some new stainless steel worktables in the Major Field Snack Shack. If two parents from each team turn out, we'll get it done in no time!
Please mark your calendars and email our Volunteer Coordinator, kellymkw@sbcglobal.net or call her at 765-2701 to let her know what pare of the day you can assist with. We'd like to organize crews for tasks so we can accomplish a lot with just a few hours of your time. We are asking for a minimum of two volunteers from each team to turn out and help get the Park ready for your kids' Opening Day.
We will be removing a very solid 12 foot formica topped workbench with two lower shelves from the Major Snack Shack. It would make an excellent workbench for someone's garage or workshop. If you'd like to have it, be the first to call Kelly and volunteer to lead the removal crew next Saturday morning beginning at 10a.m. It will require some power tools, a crowbar, some muscle and expertise to remove it in reusable condition, but we're game if you are. Email me if you'd like to see a picture: PTownBaseballMom@comcast.net.
