The WC Girls start the season with a bang, winning against our #1 rivals (and friends!)
Mt Juliet 20-7. Our LadyCats were led by senior Traci Baker with a 191 game & 491 series. Senior Jasmine Akers also had a nice 181 game. This victory gives the LadyCats a 24-game winning streak in District play, a streak that stretches back two years!
The WC Boys did not fare nearly as well, with MJHS handing them their first loss of the season 5 1/2 - 21 1/2. All 4 senior starters were back in the lineup for us, but MJ was way too strong today, winning with a 3796 total to our 3484. Our Cats were led again by Jere McDaniel with a nice 695 series, which included a 246 game. High game today was by senior Ryan Cox with a 247, and he also had a 670 series. Geremy Roseti was strong again today also, with games of 232 & 210. We still face MJ again later this season-hopefully we'll be ready for them!

The WC Boys opened the season with a big 22-5 victory over county rival Lebanon. Led by senior Jere McDaniel's 275 game & 736 series, the boys coasted to the win with a 3072 total. Freshman Geremy Roseti also rolled a nice 202 in game two. The WC Girls were off today, as Lebanon does not have a girls' team this year. GO WILDCATS!!
