Millburn Notches Home Win Against North Caldwell
Fell a little behind, but our Millburn kids notched a win against North Caldwell on Thursday night. As you have come to expect, no detailed results. But I really, really hope to catch up this coming weekend. We'll see.
Millburn Takes Down East Hanover at Home!
In the first home meet of the year, Millburn emerged victorious against a tough East Hanover team!
One of these days I'll be home for long enough to actually get some results posted. Really. I promise. Until then, you at least know that we won. And then we try to do it again tomorrow night!

Tough Loss to Summit Evens Millburn Record at 1-1
Message from Coach Kelly Regarding Meet Attendance (Please Click to Read)
Dear Parents,
I would first like to thank the parents' work and commitment to help keep this team running. As the Coaches, Tom and I consider ourselves very lucky to receive the strong support we have had so early in the season. We appreciate the work of all our volunteers in timing, marshaling, scoring, ribbon writing, and the activities that are still to come.
However, we had some organizational difficulty at the Summit meet that forced us to make over 65 scratches, replacements, and adjustments to our Meet Sheet. Please understand that it takes us several hours to put every swimmer into events they want to swim on top of arranging relays. When we find out at the last minute that a swimmer cannot attend it forces us to reorganize all the events they were slated to swim. For example, at the Summit meet, we were forced to scratch two relay teams because one member of the team did not show up, and we did not have enough time to find a replacement. This means that 8 swimmers were unable to swim, simply because we were not informed. It is very stressful and upsetting for us as coaches to have to tell several swimmers that they wont get a chance to swim because one person had not told us they were not coming.
In order to assure that future meets run smoothly, we ask that if your child cannot make it to the swim meet, you tell one of the coaches by the end of the practice two days before. You can contact us by phone, email, or tell us in person.
So, please call/email/tell us if your swimmer(s) will be attending the Wednesday night HOME meet against East Hanover by 11:15 AM Monday morning.
Following that, please let us know for Thursday night's HOME meet against North Caldwell by 11:15 AM Tuesday morning.
For those who have been prompt in making us aware of your childrens' absences, we are most appreciative.
Thank you,
The Coaches
