This week finds Fever at 6-2 with a tuff loss to Chelsea...

Gentry Paice is Player of the week, for her outstanding defensive and offensive play. Gentry joins our team for her first season in twelve and under. She has been very patient and accepted her duties in right field with enthusiasm and determination. Not only does she move to the ball but consistently backs up first base. We know we can count on her not only on the field but at bat as well. Gentry not only got a base hit, she also drove in an run against Chelsea. Way to go Gentry!!!

Week May 4 – May 10 finds Claremore Fever with a record of 5-1...

 

Shelby Wells is Co Player of the Week for her outstanding offensive stand against Sperry. Shelby comes to Claremore Fever by way of the Hot Shots. This is her first season in 12u, and has continued to improve from week to week. Shelby did a great job with two base hits and made her first successful slide of the season, stealing third base. Way to go Shorty!!! Keep up the good work...

 

Holly Turner makes her second debut as Co player of the week. I will have to check the stats but I know she started off the game against Sperry with three K'S in a row. I know she pitched a few more. Way to improve Holly and keep up the game face!!!

 

Week of April 13-19

This week finds us 1-1

Ashlynn Cartwright shares our first Player of the Week for 2008. She has played ball since Coach Pitch. Ashlynn did a great job as we opened our season in Tulsa at a machine pitch tournament. She capped off the five games with a, in the park home run all after spraining her ankle earlier in the week. Way to hang tuff “A”…

Klair Krager has a share of our first player of the week with a great bunt in the tournament. This is Klair's first year in 12U and she might be small but has tons of guts standing in their taking pitches from girls two to three times bigger than herself. You go girl!!!

 

Week of April 20-26

Cortney Hicks shares Player of the week for our second week of the season. Cortney has played ball for Claremore Fever for two seasons. Not only does she play first base, she also is a mean Left hand pitcher. Cortney did a great job on the field making a number of great snags that lead to numerous outs. She also gets an assist in helping Megan complete a double play.  

Meagan Ellis Shares Player of the Week honors this week for her outstanding defensive and offensive stand against Collinsville Insanity. This is Meagans first year to play for Fever, she comes to us from Oolagah were she had previously played for Extreme. She has immediately made an impact on team Fever. Meagan not only made an out but assisted in a double play.  Way to go Meagan, and keep up the good work.

 

This week finds Claremore Fever 3-1 going into the middle of the season.

Valerie Robinette is our co-standout player of the week. She has played several seasons with Claremore Fever and has proved an asset on both sides of the ball. She has made many exceptional plays behind the plate as well as hitting an RBI single in the last game. Way to go Valerie, keep up the good work...

Holly Turner is our other co-standout player of the week. She has played several season with Claremore Fever but this is her first season to be the lead pitcher. She has been pitching for about a year. Holly helped in the win against Code Red, pitching a strike out to end the game. Way to go Holly, keep up the good work, and keep the game face going...
