Dear Force Parents, This is just a reminder that our Championship Game is at 3:30 p.m. at Peary Middle School, please be sure to have your son at the gym no later than 3:00 p.m. The boys played very well yesterday and the game against the Mustangs was a total team effort. Dear Force Parents, Our first game tomorrow will be at Peary Middle School off of Normandie Avenue in Gardena. The entrance to the gym is located off of 162nd and Normandie, the gate to the gym is located under the white bridge on 162nd Street. Please try to be at the game by 11:30 a.m. In between games we might be better off to go get lunch and have the boys eat something light. We can discuss this more tomorrow. Dear Force Parents, The schedule for the Megalopolis Tournament was finally sent to us today. This tournament is for the top finishers in each of the gold divisions between CYC, CBO and SEYO. All games will be at Carnegie Middle School, 21820 Bonita Street, Carson 90745 We played at this gym for the FOR Tournament last year. Our first game will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday 3/10/07 against the # 7 seed Jets Wildforce (5-5 in CYC). We received the # 2 seed in the tournament with our 9-1 SEYO record. If we win we will play at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 3/10 against the winner of #4 seed Mustang Lightning (9-1 CYC) and #5 seed SF Dragons (8-2 in CBO). If we lose we will play at 3:00 p.m. In the other bracket are the # 1 seed Venice Wizards (9-1 in CBO) against the # 8 Sabers Bulldogs (4-6 CYC) and # 3 Bruin Gameboys (9-1 CYC) against the # 6 OCO 1 (6-4 SEYO). We will be going over our game plan this Sunday against the Jets and possibly the Mustangs and Dragons. Let me know if you have any questions or if you will not be at practice this Sunday. Remember this tournament is two twenty minute halfs and each player must play for five continuous minutes each half. Thanks, Mark

Dear Force Parents, This is a reminder of a busy FORCE weekend. We will be having the VFW Banquet on Saturday night at OCBC to collect our Championship Trophies. The boys will be going to the Ishino's for Troy's birthday party sleepover and then we will finish the weekend with practice on Sunday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Mariners. We also want to find out if we changed practice to Saturday's for the following weeks would it be a problem for Sunny, Troy, Brad and Trevor. The Saturday dates would be 3/17, 3/24, 3/31 from 11:30-1:00 p.m. at Valencia HS. The reason is that these practices would be paid by VFW. If this doesn't work out then we will look for other dates after the Megalopolis Tournament next weekend. See you on Saturday, Thanks, Mark
