Players should be in jerseys and hats. Baseball division championship games begin at 9:00am. Please come out early for what is sure to be some exciting baseball and cheer on the teams!
The 2016 All Star selection process has begun. The following are the managers for the 2016 All Star teams:
12 y/o International: Steve Spaulding
11 Blue: Nate Firestone
11 Red: Marc Fournier
10 Blue: Randy Marmor
10 Red: Dan Hilsabeck.
Please follow this link for information regarding the player selection process. Blue teams are selected before Red teams. Teams will be announced the evening of June 5 on this website.
2016 All Star Selection Process.
All Star play is a big commitment. Teams practice daily. Tournament play begins on June 21. These are double elimination tournaments and are played at the Alameda Little League fields and fields within District 4.
The regular season is wrapping up and the post season begins as early as June 4 with the Intermediate Tournament of Champions (TOC). Intermediate is also known as 50/70. Alameda Little League is a member of District 4. Each Little League District has an annual tournament called the TOC. Invited are the division winners from each league (AA, AAA, Majors, Intermediate) in the district. After the TOCs complete, All Star play commences. 12 Year Old All Stars play to compete in the Little League World Series. Intermediate All Stars play to compete in the Intermediate World Series held in Livermore. All Star selection will be happening soon.

- 06/04 - Intermediate 50/70 TOC Begins
- 06/10 - Intermediate 50/70 TOC Championship
- 06/11 - Majors, AAA, AA TOCs Begin
- 06/13 - Intermediate 50/70 All Star Play Begins
- 06/18 - Majors, AAA, AA TOCs Championships
- 06/21 - Majors, AAA, AA All Star Play Begins

Semi-Finals and Championship Games Next Week
Next week is the final week of Alameda Little League play for 2016. We hope everyone had a great season and look for you to return next year. Representing each baseball division are four teams who will now play in the penultimate round. Championship games for each division will be played on Saturday, June 4 at 9:00am. Since the Majors division play a double elimination tournament, they may play a deciding game on Monday, June 6, if the team from the elimination bracket beats the previously undefeated team.
