 Northside Junior Brendan Powers ran the first 400m in 64 SECONDS, and then ran the final 400m in 76 SECONDS for an 800m split of 2:20.22, and made a nice exchange to Troy Hu. Northside Junior Troy Hu anchored Northside to tenth place by running the first 400m in 64 SECONDS, and then running the final 400m in 70 SECONDS for an impressive 2:14.64 800m split for an official time of 9:04.50. imageimageimage
In the 4x100m Relay, Northside Sophomore Jacob Cosby ran a 12.41 100m split on the first leg of the relay. Northside Sophomore Jay Borgwardt ran a 12.39 100m split on the second leg of the relay. Northside Junior Justin Washington ran a 10.51 100m split on the third leg of the relay. Northside Junior Keith Jones ran a 13.27 100m split to anchor Northside past Highland Park for 9th place with an official time of 47.30. imageimageimage
  In the Distance Medley Relay, Northside Senior Max McCoy ran the first 400m in 65 SECONDS, and then ran the next 400m in 77 SECONDS (2:22 800m split), and then ran the final 400m in 80 SECONDS for a 1200m split of 3:42.27, and made a nice exchange to Steven Kataba. imageimageimage

On the second leg of the Distance Medley Relay (400m), Northside Junior Steven Kataba ran a 58.44 400m split, and made a good exchange to Tom Frejowski.

On the third leg of the Distance Medley Relay (800m), Northside Senior Tom Frejowski ran the first 400m in 56 SECONDS, and then ran the final 400m in 67 SECONDS for a PERSONAL BEST 800m split of 2:03.50, and made an exchange to Philip Wdowiak.

 Tom Frejowski passed Alumni legend John Krumsee on the 800m All Time list with the 7th fastest 800m time in Northside history!

Northside Junior Philip Wdowiak is an incredible athlete. In 2015, he has run a 11.75 100m dash, a 23.55 200m dash, a 53.77 400m dash, and a 2:12.00 800m run.

 At the Spartan Relays, Philip Wdowiak, in the first 1600m race of his high school athletic career, he anchored the Northside Distance Medley Relay past Glenbrook North (11:46.70) with a 5:00.42 1600m split for an official time of 11:45.90.

 Philip Wdowiak ran the first 400m in 68 SECONDS, and then ran the next 400m in 77 SECONDS (2:25 800m split), and then ran the next 400m in 76.65 SECONDS for a 3:41.65 1200m split, and then ran the final 400m in 78.77 SECONDS for a PERSONAL BEST 1600m time of 5:00.42, and a Distance Medley official time of 11:45.90.

 Philip Wdowiak is a multi-sport athlete, and also competes in Soccer and Hockey. Based on his 1600m time, if he built a summer running base, he could make the Northside Varsity Cross Country Team, too.
