CHICAGO MARIST TRACK AND FIELD

 The Northside Track & Field Team was honored at the East Bank Club on Friday, May 31, 2013 with an Italian Buffet Dinner, which included: Mushroom Tortellini in white wine, herbs, and cheese, Chicken Vesuvio with potatoes and peas, Pan-Seared Salmon in tomato-fennel sauce, and Cheese Stuffed aracini with marinara on the side. Antipasto, included Romaine Hearts with caesar dressing, Prosciutto with melon, Vegetable Antipasto Salad, Mushroom and Spinach Salad.

 The Italian Buffet Dinner also included: Flatbread, Grissini, Filone, and Ciabatta with dipping oil and parmesan. Desserts included, Tiramisu with espresso sauce, Fresh Fruit, and Cannolis.

2013 IHSA SECTIONAL CHAMPION TROPHIES (Members of the Northside Boys IHSA Sectional Championship Team. Northside won the IHSA Sectional by the largest margin of victory (180 to 82) in the history of the State of Illinois!)
