 Captain Cesar Rufino was awarded his fourth Varsity letter in Track, and an engraved Crystal Clock for being an outstanding Senior Athlete.

 During his high school athletic career, Northside Senior Cesar Rufino qualified for the IHSA State Cross Country Championships in 2011, the IHSA State Track & Field Championships as an alternate for the 4x800m Relay in 2012, and the IHSA State Track & Field Championships in the 3200m run in 2013.

 Cesar Rufino had career bests in the 800m (2:10.61 - Relay Split), 1600m (4:56.60), 3200m (10:24.26), and 3 Miles (16:20.01).

 Cesar Rufino was awarded the Questbridge Scholarship, a full scholarship to Dartmouth

 Cesar Rufino was also awarded the Triple Impact Competitor Scholarship by the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). The Triple Impact Competitor Scholarship is awarded to the one who strives to impact sport on three levels by improving oneself, teammates, and the sport as a whole.

 Lucien Fitzpatrick was awarded his fourth Varsity letter in Track, and engraved Crystal Clock for being an outstanding Senior Athlete. 

 In 2014, Lucien Fitzpatrick became the first Northside athlete to score over 200 points in back to back seasons. Lucien Fitzpatrick broke the school record for 110m Hurdles, 4x110m High Hurdles Shuttle Relay, 4x110m Low Hurdles Shuttle Relay, Triple Jump Relay, and the Most Varsity points scored in a season (225.25). Fitzpatrick also holds the school record for 300m Hurdles, and the Middle Distance Medley Relay. Fitzpatrick holds a total of SEVEN School Records, and is one of the greatest athletes in the history of Northside.  

 Lucien Fitzpatrick will be competing in NCAA Track & Field for Oberlin College.

Alex Gordon was awarded his fourth Varsity letter in Track and Field, and an engraved Crystal Clock for being an outstanding Senior athlete.

Alex Gordon will be competing in college in both NCAA Cross Country and Track for Macalester College in the MIAC Conference.

Henry Lothschutz was awarded a Varsity letter and an engraved Crystal Clock for being an outstanding Senior Athlete.

Henry Lothscutz is ranked second on the Mustangs All Time list in the Discus with a throw of 108'06!

Nate Mendez earned Varsity letters in Cross Country, Basketball, and Track during his Senior year. Nate Mendez was also awarded an engraved Crystal Clock for being an outstanding Senior Athlete.

 In his final high school race, Nate Mendez helped the Mustangs reach the medal stand in the 4x800m Relay at the IHSA Sectional Championships.
