On Friday, June 6, 2014, the Northside Track & Field Team was honored at the East Bank Club in Chicago, Illinois. A very special banquet took place in honor of the greatest Track & Field Team in Northside history!!!

Northside hosted the most spectacular Track & Field banquet in the country! It ranks right up there with the Hesiman Trophy Presentation at the New York Athletic Club.

Northside athletes, guests, and media filled the East Bank Club to their capacity! The East Bank Club could not fit another person in the banquet hall. Unfortunately, due to the size of the capacity crowd, additional guests of the athletes that did not have banquet tickets had to be turned away at the door, despite offers to purchase tickets on the day of the banquet. Northside was overwhelmed with the massive support for the Team. It was the largest sports banquet in the history of Northside!

The 2014 Northside Track season was one of the most successful seasons in the history of Northside College Prep.

30 athletes earned Watermelons and a plaque for breaking a school record in an individual event and/or relay!
