 In the Triple Jump, Northside Senior Matt Osborne finished in fourth place overall with a PERSONAL BEST jump of 39'8. Osborne was awarded a MEDAL for finishing in fourth place overall. Matt Osborne was awesome! Only one other athlete in the history of Northside has tripled jumped that far of a distance during the indoor season (2009). Osborne could potentially break the 40'0 barrier at the Indoor City Championships. Northside Sophomore Brandon Banas jumped an outstanding 35'1.25.

 In the High Jump, Northside Junior Garret Barch had a personal best leap of 5'2.

 In the Long Jump, Northside Sophomore Brandon Banas jumped 16'1.25. Northside Senior Matt Osborne scratched on all of his attempts.

 In the Shot Put, Northside Junior Simon Lothschutz threw an outstanding 28'7.

 In the 50 Yards High Hurdles Preliminaries, athletes qualified for the finals by finishing in the Top 2 in their respective. Northside Junior Justin Washington QUALIFIED for the finals by finishing second in his heat with an outstanding time of 7.10. Northside Senior Matt Osborne hurdled an outstanding time of 7.60.

 In the 50 Yards Dash Preliminaries, Northside Freshman Carel Jones ran an outstanding time of 6.30.

 In the 50 Yards Low Hurdles Preliminaries, Northside Junior Justin Washington QUALIFED for the finals with an outstanding time of 6.80. Northside Junior Garret Barch QUALIFIED for the finals with an outstanding time of 6.80.

 In the 50 Yards High Hurdles Finals, Northside Junior Justin Washington earned a MEDAL by finishing in sixth place to complete the scoring with an official time of 7.20.

 In the 50 Yards Low Hurdles Finals, Northside Junior Justin Washington was unfortunately disqualified for a false start. Northside Junior Garret Barch earned a MEDAL by finishing in fourth place overall with an outstanding time of 6.90.

 In the 3200m run, Northside Junior Troy Hu ran the first mile in 5:19, and then ran the final mile in 5:48 for a PERSONAL BEST time of 11:07.94. A year ago, Troy Hu competed in the 100m dash and 4x100m Relay. Troy Hu is now on the verge of breaking the 5 minutes barrier for the 1600m, and the 11 minutes barrier for the 3200m! He is emerging as one of the Mustangs top distance runners in the Junior class.

 Prior to Saturday, Michael Rupprecht had a personal record of 13:22 for the 3200m run. His goal by May 2015 was to drop a minute in the 3200m run, and break 12:22. He reached his goal by March! Northside Junior Michael Rupprecht dropped ONE MINUTE and 3 SECONDS (13:22) with a PERSONAL BEST time of 12:19.87. Michael Rupprecht ran the first mile in 6:07, and then ran the final mile in 6:12 for a personal best time of 12:19.87.
