This is what makes our organization different than the others.
Alle-West Fastpitch Inc. believes that the growth of each participant as a person is more important than the development of the participant’s softball skills. Athletes will learn to compete with themselves first, and with the competition second. Success will not only be determined by the team’s won/loss record, but also by progress made toward individual and team goals.
Program officials, coaches and parents should be good role models, set high standards, and present positive attitudes. Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, conduct, and citizenship. No individual is more important than the team.
Parents must recognize that their participation helps Alle-West to achieve its goals. Issues may be addressed at any level of the organization - communication between parents, players, and team officials is vital to the success of Alle-West Fastpitch, Inc.
