Chicago Demons Basketball Program

  The 5th/6th Grade team encountered and defeated the Chicago Select at Orr HS on Thursday April 30.  The Demons win 51 to 50 in a fast paced, nail biting, and to the last second game.

The Fieldhouse of Merrillville is a great new facility.  Brian of Chicago Hoops ran an excellent tourney this weekend. 

15U:  Finished in the final four of the bronze division 

16U:  Finished in the final four of the bronze division

17U:  Finished in the elite eight of the silver division

The 5th/6th Grade team will play Thursday April 30 at 6:00 pm.  The game against Chicago Select will take place at Orr HS 730 N. Pulaski.

Gr. 5-6 Elementary School Team will practice at Orr HS 730 N. Pulaski Saturday April 18 from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm.  Please call your coach for any details.  There are still openings for all elementary school teams 

Gr. 7-8 Elementary School Team will practice at Orr HS 730 N. Pulaski Saturday April 18 from 9:00 am until 11:30 pm.  Please call your coach for any details.  There are still openings for all elementary school teams.

15U/Freshmen and 16U/Sophomores will practice at the Newberry Center 1073 W. Maxwell from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday April 18.  If you are interested in trying out for those teams you must contact the coach before attending a practice, roster spots are limited.

17U/Juniors will practice at the Newberry Center Sunday April 19 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. If you are interested in trying out for those teams you must contact the coach before attending a practice, roster spots are limited.

Only the high schools teams have been scheduled to play in Merrillville, IN next weekend April 24-26.  Check with you coach for details.
