QB Michael Hawkins hit Center John Pearson with a 35 yard touchdown pass to lead the Invaders to victory over the DC Cardinals.  Danny Gay led the defense with 2 sacks and several pass hurries.  Tyrone Stewart sealed the win with 2 interceptions.

The Invaders defeated the Gladiators 25-21 to improve their record to 7-1.  The Gladiators matched the Invaders touchdown for touchdown, until the end.  QB Michael Hawkins hit WR Taurus McGhee with a 19 yard touchdown pass, who made a sensational diving catch to for the go ahead score.  Hawkins also tossed touchdown passes to Center John Pearson and BB Danny Gay.  Safety Terrance McGhee sealed the victory with an interception.
