The Invaders defeated Players Inc., 18-12 to advance to the semi-finals of the WAFFL 2008 Fall League Playoffs.

The DC Cardinals defeated the Invaders 13-12.  The Cardinals defeated the BET Maniacs in the Championship game to win their second consecutive WAFFL B/C Championship.

Invaders defeated Phatt Butter 22-16 to win the MD/DC/VA State Championship.  QB Michael Hawkins threw two touchdown passes to WR Terrance Leftwich.  WR Taurus McGhee returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown.  Hawkins also completed a 2-point PAT to BB Danny Gay.  Leftwich, Jonas Williams and David Destan all had interceptions to lead the defense.
