UW STOUT~Blue Devil Softball Clinics

The Blue Devils will offer their annual Spring Fastpitch Clinic, March 5-6, 2011. At the spring clinic, we teach pitching techniques, offensive and defensive skills, team-bonding activities, goal setting, give constructive feedback and have a ton of fun in the process.

*Which type of player are you? 

         
Average Players believe their errors were caused by things beyond their control (the weather, the umpire, the coach, the field…). Average players blame outside factors for the poor result showing they were not skilled enough to anticipate it, dominate it or learn from it.

Top Players believe they are responsible for the errors. Top performers focus relentlessly on their own performance and on ways to control that performance and as a result give no power to outside forces (like umpires, weather, schedules, fight with parents or boyfriend)
 

If you are looking for an organization to call home in 2012, come check us out at tryouts in August 2011.
