My name is Cortney and I am the event coordinator for TMB Softball. I am emailing you in regards to our Summer Combines for 2018. We would greatly appreciate you passing along a message for our 2018 combine schedule to your players. If they sign up before March 1st we offer a discount, so please advice them the earlier they sign up the cheaper the events are. Also, we do offer group rates so let me know if you would like to set that up as well and I would gladly help!

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER BEFORE POOL PLAY GAMES BEGIN
Our tournament staff will do whatever it takes to keep games going during bad weather. In case of bad weather we will make a decision at that time to determine what games can and will be played. Breakdowns of playing with weather conditions are posted in rules and regulations.
Canceling the tournament will be the last resort. If the weather forces us to cancel all games before start of tourney, each team may be given a balance of fees less umpire, trophy and other tournament expenses. Each team will also be discounted the remaining percentage for any future Wisconsin Twister Tournament entrance fees. (date to be determined). This includes any tournaments that the Twisters may host. Any decisions on discounts will be mandated by tournament director.
