Falcons record solid victory over St.Michael

Nicole Dooher scored 18 pts lead the Falcons in a greta win over the Knights 59-40. Amanda Viehauser pitched in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Stephanie Loobeck also pitched in 10 pts. Next up for the Falcons will be conference foe Wayzata on Friday at Wayzata. The Falcons will also follow up on Saturday with Benilde st. Margaret.

After many lead changes and a slew of exciting plays the Falcons were able to pull off a 1 point thrilling victory. More details to come later.
Falcons Fly by Shakopee on Youth Night

On a night dedicated to future Falcons, the Armstrong Falcons used a balanced attack to soar past Shakopee 71-36. More game details to come. The win capped off a great night for the program as the JV, Sophomores and Freshman all recorded wins. Next up Tuesday night home against Eagan.

Nicole Dooher was named to the All-tournament team this past weekend in Alexandria. Congratulations to her for her hardwork.
In the JV tournament in Alexandria, Allison Loechler and Andrea Fossum where both named to the All-tournament team. Congratulations ladies on a fine performance in the Alexandria tournament.
This week the Falcons will be taking on Shakopee on Friday 1/5/07. Games will start at 3:45pm with the Freshmen playing in the Auxillary Gym, 4:30pm the Sophomores are on the main floor followed by JV then Varsity.
The night will be dedicated to the youth program. We ask all the youth from 3rd and 4th house league up to 8th grade traveling to wear their jersey's and attend the game. The youth will be recognized before the start of the Varsity game. It will definitely be an exciting night for basketball and we look forward to seeing the future of Armstrong there.
