2010 EXTRAS ORDER FORM FROM PROSTOCK

If your daughter requires any extra's clothing and/or gear from Prostock, please return the order form with payment to Coach Terry no later than Feb.01.2010. Cheques can be made out to 1994 South Delta Invaders. One team order will be placed with Prostock to help simplify things for Lesley. Any late orders will have to deal directly with Lesley at Prostock after Feb 1st as some items become unavailable, back ordered or not guaranteed to arrive before the season begins.
