FHYAA Soccer Team Photos will be taken on:

  • Friday (9/28), Saturday (9/29) and Sunday (9/30)

Download and print the 2018 Soccer Photo Schedule to see when you team is scheduled to take their picture.

Please be prompt and have your child dressed in their Team Uniform. To save time and confusion, please download, print and complete the Memory Mate Photo Package Form ahead of time.

Teams are reminded to appear at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  


On Thursday evening, September 16, Forest Hills was hit by a freak Tornado. The Fleet Street Fields lay directly in its path. Fields 2, 3, and 4 were severely damaged. At least 40 trees were blown down, the backstop on field 2 was destroyed, a water line from our sprinkler system was cut as a result of a falling tree, the bleachers on field 2 were damaged, and the scoreboard on field 3 was blown down and much of fencing on fields 2 & 3 were damaged. An electrical control panel from one of the light poles on field 3 was blown off.  Numerous trees will need to be cut down as a safety measure.


We need your help!  The cost of the cleanup and repair will cost thousands of dollars.  You can help by coming to the FHYAA Dinner Dance and Benefit Auction on Saturday, October 30, 2010.  The event will take place at Bruno’s On The Boulevard  from 8pm until 1pm.  Cost is $65.00 per person which includes cocktail hour, open bar, buffet dinner and dancing to the music of DJ Stevie Z. Halloween costumes are encourage but not required. We are now accepting reservations.  Tickets will not be sold at the door. All adults are welcome.

This event was previously scheduled before the storm hit. Now ALL proceeds from this event will be used for the repair and restoration from the storm. Please make your reservations now.


If you cannot come but can donate merchandise for the Benefit Auction and Raffles or make a monetary donation it would be greatly appreciated.

The Fleet Street ballfields experienced some considerable damage due to the extreme high winds and rain that passed through the Forest Hills area on Thursday night, 9/16.  Luckily, we were able to clear the fields in time prior to the extreme weather condition and no one was hurt.

Unfortunately, we must cancel all games and practices (9/17 - 9/21)!

However, the FHYAA and league officials are asking for volunteers to come down anytime and help us remove debris and recondition the facility so that we can resume our soccer season ASAP.  If you are unable to come down and volunteer your time, please consider attending our Annual Dinner Dance and Benefit Auction (see event details below) or make a donation to help restore the fields that service your children and our community. 

Here is an update on the conditions of the Fleet Street Ballfields as of Friday morning, 9/17:

  • Field #1 is mostly OK, some banners are down with debris littering the field
  • Most if not all the fencing and backstop was destroyed on Field #2
  • Approx. 40 trees between Fields #2 & #3 were destroyed and litter the fields
  • The scoreboard on Field #3 was blown down, working condition unknown
  • One lighting pole on Field #3 is not operational, all other poles and lamps seem OK at this point 
  • Much of the fencing on Field #3 was destroyed and litters the field
  • Luckily, the new Snack Shack and restrooms were spared and do not seem to have any damage at this point
  • The clubhouse does not seem to have any damage at this point but internet services are down

Mandatory Coaches Meetings

There will be a mandatory meeting for coaches only at the FHYAA clubhouse.
Rules, uniforms, equipment and schedules will be distributed.
t least one coach from each team must attend !
  • September 1st
    • U6 & U8  at 7:00PM
    • U10, U12 & U14 at 8:15PM
  • September 2nd
    • Girls at 7:00PM

ALL team pictures scheduled for SUNDAY 9/27 are CANCELED and are rescheduled for SUNDAY 10/4 

Our next weekend of games is September 26 and 27. Those are the days we will be taking SOCCER TEAM PHOTOS. Please see the schedule below to find out when your team will have its picture taken.

Please remember to bring your Soccer Team Photo Form and money in an envelope on that day....exact change or a check only please.
