Treasurers report – none. Old Business: Trophies paid for. Field Hockey Signups completed. 39 girls signed up. All Football practices have begun. Football coaches held sports injury clinic at Triboro. Was a success. Dwayne Sterner to rewire outlets at Canal Park. Speakers for Football games: Rent from Dave Phillips, or look into Gene Thrash. Rental lights were found for Canal Park. Fall Softball sign ups completed. 5 teams, 70 kids August 13 drop dead date. Accepted New Business: Softball: 14&Under finished in quarter finals for league. Baseball: Connie Mack went into States, finished 4th. Would like to ask Boro about making Canal Park field into a crass infield. Need infield mix on Canal park. Need bottom rail on chain link fence at Canal Park. Cheering: - Football: Money needed for Hokey flag and 85 pound tournament August 19&20. Approved. Need money for referees. Scaffolding for announcer from Loikits fuel. Sign ups completed 115 kids. Ambulance has been notified of home game dates. Rick Spangler was reimbursed for items needed for league picnic. Adjourned.

Accepted. Treasurers report: accepted. Old Business: Biddy season ended. Midget came in second place for league. Knee Hi second place for league. Connie Mack meeting was held with individuals concerned- their issues were addressed by the board Football pants have been repaired. Pitching screen already on site Tractor repair done Ad for football booster club taken care of Donation given for Focht family to funeral home :accepted New business: Softball: 10&U Champions 12 & U in playoffs 14 & U in playoffs. Bill for trophies for Pixie league from Frantz given. Baseball: Bill for trophies from Crown. Cheering: Practices have begun. Field Hockey: Sign ups July 31 and Aug 7 Wrestling: None Football: Pictures will be September 12th beginning at 5:30 at Canal Park. Parents Day – Sept 24th 85’s By Law passed, making them competetive. Official fees discussed. Flags begin practice July 24. All other teams begin practice July 31. Game times: Flag B - 9:30 Flag A - 10:30 85 B - 11:30 85 A - 12:30 95 – 2:00 110 - 3:30 Eligibility ages for football: Flags cannot turn 8 before Sept 1 85’s cannot turn 10 before Sept 1 95’s cannot turn 11 before Sept 1 110’s cannot turn 13 before Sept 1 Other: Explained that yes we are the Konkrete Kids, but we are first the NAA, so our uniforms and registrations should include the NAA name as well. Motion made for NAA to sponsor Fall Softball. NAA will not be responsible for picking the teams. We will accept individual registrations for an entire team. They will be part of the Lehigh Valley Fall Ball League. They will start their games around Labor Day and go until the middle to the end of October. Fields 1 and 2 will be made available for the practices and games. Accepted and approved. Adjourned.

Accepted. Treasurers report: none. Old Business: Football helmets with sizes ordered. Football practice pants to be repaired. Approximately 25 pair. Six teams pulled out of SYFL. Tracy Rockovitz will be addressing Football program. Still waiting to hear about practice sites for football. New Business: Softball: Season almost over. Baseball: Travel Biddy and Midget playoffs start June 28th – July 15th. Look for pitching screen for other batting cage. Issue with field 1 availability for travel Biddy and Midget pregame practice. After much discussion it was agreed that according to LVBL they need 20 minutes. NAA should allow 60-90 minutes before game time. Will watch next year’s game schedule closer to make sure of ample time for all teams. Connie Mack: It was brought up that there is an issue on the team with the coaching staff and some of the players. Need meeting with all concerned- coaches, players, parents, board members, ASAP. We will then bring up all issues and problems to discuss at that time. Issues of playing time, non borough kids on team, coaches in charge. Brought up by Tony Schneider that some of our coaches are trying to recruit our Legion kids to Lehigh Township. It is felt that these coaches show no loyalty to the NAA. Also court summons to NAA from Lehigh Township Legion. Football: Additional helmet budget discussed. Accepted. White pants, 25 pair, also use for practice. Parent appreciation night moved. North Parkland will no longer be playing in our division. New business: Thank you letter read from Nemeth family. Motion for money to repair old tractor. Approved. Motion for money to football booster club ad. Accepted. Motion for NAA to donate or start fund for Chelsea Focht. Player on Suburban Liberty Stars. Mother, Shelly, has medical issues. Both parents have been helping with the program for a long time. Board will use their discretion for an amount. Also we can use 50/50 money from championship games, or maybe set up a jar for donations. First we must ask the family for permission. The family does need help with financial concerns after insurance. Approved. Brian Muschko resigns as secretary of NAA as of 6/14/06 due to conflict of interest with new activities. Adjourn.

Accepted. Treasurer’s report: none Old Business: Meeting of four older boys traveling teams held and field availability was worked out. Opening Day was a success. Speed and Agility training for football was held. New tractors were purchased. New Business: Softball: none Baseball: Umpire fees for Connie Mack $44.00 per ump. 2 umps per game. Needs money. Signs at Canal Park on fence. No soft toss against fence. Cheering: 114 girls signed up. Sign ups closed. Wrestling: none Field Hockey: Sign ups are July 31 and August 7th 6-8 p.m. at field house. Football: Need money for registration fee in league. Need 40 new helmets. Practice pants looking for someone to repair, keep price under $5. each. Use white pants for practice. New league has been attempted to be formed. Other teams are pulling out of the league. Final signups are July 13&14 Tracy Rockovitz to do football program for home games. Four Sundays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. New League Rule – first four games coaches allowed on field. Last four coaches must be on sidelines. SYFL – third vote on by law change was no. Questions if 85 lb’s could practice at Municipal Park on grass? Take orders for football lamps: $25.00 plain helmet, $30.00 for stickers on helmet. General: Sign on the field house to be made. Call to Order President Emmons Previous Minutes Read Accepted Old Business: Meeting with Football coaches done. All issues addressed. New Business: Softball: Mike Schultz resigned ad 14&U LVL Coach. Todd Brosky new 14&U LVL Coach. Umpire and League Fees requested for season. Baseball: Biddy and Teeball have more teams, need more towards budget. Central Whitehall umpire fees requested. Connie Mack – field availability on Canal Park and Wolf Field for games with all four teams, Knee Hi, Central Whitehall, Connie Mack and Legion. Set up meeting with all coaches. Legion: Ad to be placed in newspaper. No late fee charged. Opening Day: Held on May 6th, rain date May 7th. If raining, pictures will still be held same time, at Recreation Center. Emmons requested additional help. Games all day. Nearly all teams play. Discussed possible pizza in stand. 50/50 raffle to be held twice. Foster and Milisits will be in charge. Cheerleading – None Field Hockey – None Wrestling – None Football – 2006 signups to be held May 17,18,19 from 7-9 p.m. Thanks to the coaches who attended the Lehigh Coaches Clinic. Coach Teko to schedule discussion with coaches. Eric Markovczy – NHS Coach and Lehigh Training Coach Speed and agility seminar second week in May. Camp info to be handed out at signups.
