Serfass Call to Order President Muschko Previous Minutes Accepted Ladies Aux: • Basket Bingo went fine Nothing else because of meeting cancellations Men’s Treasury Reports Read and accepted Old Business • Baseball Letter handed out to other Northampton organizations, about traveling teams and rostering Junior Legion officially shut down • Building Committee Motion to have Butz or Lehigh engineers, do the site and cad drawing for 6 year sign at our cost. • All Motions above approved New Business • Baseball / Softball Registrations February 14, 15, 16 March 2 Registrations so far so good, low turnout to date • Baseball / Softball Motion to approve new uniforms for Traveling baseball, 3 sets of 20. Rename in house league to Biddy in house league Opening day May 4th • Valley Dawg fundraiser for Basketball Tickets 8.00 each 50/50 split with borough if we sell all 2000 tickets • All Motion under new business approved, • Motion to adjourn Motion carries

Mickley • Basket Bingo February 10th Tri Boro • Donation result If baskets unsold will pay up to 200.00 toward cost Ladies and Men’s Treasury Reports Read and accepted Old Business • Basketball No tournament this year • Baseball Connie Mack baseball reinstated paying all fines and current fees: completed • Building Committee Joe Sommers added to the committee • Territory Traveling issues letter in the work: sending certified letter to organizations in Northampton School District • All Motions above approved New Business • Baseball / Softball Registrations February 7, 8, 9 February 14, 15, 16 March 2 • Committee for outfield signs Milheim, Haddinger • Fundraiser Candy sale for baseball accepted, mandatory, we will use Hershey for baseball. • Recreation Center information If someone is suspended from the recreation center, the person will not be allowed to participate in NAA activities at the Recreation center as well • Software purchase of scheduling for fields Motion carries • Motion to adjourn Motion carries

Henry Call to Order President Muschko Previous Minutes Accepted Ladies Aux: None Treasurer’s Report Read and accepted Old Business • Recreation Center: Thank you letter for the donation • Basketball No tournament this year • Baseball Motion for Connie Mack baseball reinstated paying all fines and current fees Junior Legion – possible return if the numbers are there • Building Committee Joe Sommers added to the committee • All Motions above approved New Business • Basketball Motion for Basketballs for the league 1. Motion accepted • Baseball / Softball Traveling (Budget) 1500.00 Pee Wee (Budget) 1357.00 Softball (Budget) 2800.00 Midgets (Budget) 1150.00 2. Motion accepted • Committee for outfield signs Milheim, Haddinger • Territory Issue Issues: Parents taking kids to other organizations. No releases granted for NAA kids for traveling teams of other organizations. Case by case. Also at signups from now on no athlete should be signed up from other organizations unless they come with a release, or the other organization does not have a team. Also case by case. • Fundraiser Candy sale for baseball accepted, mandatory, we will use Hershey for baseball. 3.
