November 1, 2003 (10:00AM to 12:00PM) Little League Headquarters 66-01 Fleet Street Youngsters who will be 6 years old by no later than July 31, 2004 and have not yet reached their 13th birthday by July 31, 2004 are eligible. Registrant must appear in person with a parent or guardian who must present the registrant's birth certificate or certified record of date of birth. Registration fee is $140 which includes all expenses. A $10 reduction for each additional sibling will be honored. Payment of the registration fee MUST be made at registration and may be in cash or check made payable to F.H.Y.A.A.

All registered players in the Forest Hills Basketball League for 2004 season are required to attend player evaluations and ratings sessions for your age group according to the schedule below. Your "age" is the age you will be ON December 31, 2004:

Junior Division (Ages 09-10)   Thursday, September 30 at 6:30PM

Inter  Division (Ages 11-13)   Friday,   October 1 at 6:30PM

Senior Division (Ages 14-18)   Sunday,   September 26 at 12:30PM All sessions will be held at Halsey Junior High School located at 102nd Street and 64th Avenue in Rego Park. Please allow approximately 2 hours for your evaluation session. You may wear shorts or sweatpants, T-shirt or tank top, and you must be wearing sneakers. We suggest you bring a bottle of water with you in case the school fountains are not working. Parents will have an opportunity to purchase FHBL shorts, sweatbands, drawstring bags and other merchandise while they wait. The player evaluations and ratings session is MANDATORY. It enables us to rate your skill level so that we can form the teams in your division as fairly as possible.

THERE WILL BE A 2003 SOCCER SEASON The FHYAA announces that an agreement was reached Wednesday night (8/20) at which time the Forest Hills Soccer Inc. turned over their records and funds to the FHYAA. All participants will receive mail within the next few days from league administrators informing them of the anticipated start of the season.
