Fencor Youth Festival
May 18-19
_FINAL SCHEDULE
Note: Due to out-of-state teams already in transit, no further changes can be made. Teams will play younger or older teams during course of tournament. Some teams will have back-to-back games so they will not have long wait times between them.
(all games at Kelly Bolish gymnasium, 2950 Turnpike Dr., Hatboro, PA 19040)
Admission: $8 a day (under-5 free) no matter how many games have that day, cash only. NO WEEKEND PASSES.

- Tournament rules
(a complete set will be at scorer’s table)*
1. Games will be 16-minute halves for grades 6-12, 14-minute halves for 4-5. Stop on everything.
2. All rules are current Women’s NCAA Rules unless noted. That means foul shots on the release, only three in the box on foul shots etc.
3. Halftime is 2 minutes. First overtime is 2 minutes with each team getting an additional time out. Second overtime is sudden death. Each team has 3 full timeouts for the game. No 30s.
4. A player fouls out on 6th foul. Teams shoot 2 on the 10th foul of half (there is no 1-and-1)
5. Team on the right side of schedule is the home team.
6. Mercy rule: if a team is up by 30 points at any point in the second half the clock will run except for timeouts, even if
the score goes back under 30.
