Greetings Manager,
The Tuesday Mixed League will combine Upper and Lower for the 2023 season. Here are the changes:
All teams will combine.
The schedule will be Power Ranked based on Upper, record from 2022, then new teams.
Upper teams will spot 1 run per inning for however many innings played even extra innings.
The game will be played under the Upper HR rule which is 2 hr then outs
Lower rosters can add up to 2 “Mens League” players

When 2 lower teams play each other. All rules will be normal Lower rules except the roster requirement change.
