Wednesday Night

The first day of this year's tournament saw some close games, some not so close games and some surprises. Some have said the biggest surprise was that Harry Liebig got a hit!

American Legion eked out a 5 - 4 extra inning win over B & E Tires, but then lost a close one to All Out Sports 10 - 9. The James Gang, Dynamic PT and Custom Woodworking cruised to easy victories over Harrington Casino, Colonial East and Ireland's Four Courts, respectively. Two top-four teams were upset in their first games - #1 seed LTCI and #4 seed Ocean View Family Restaurant.

Day 2 of the tournament is Tuesday, 9/3. 8 games are scheduled to be played. Check the Schedules page for game times and matchups.

The regular season ended today with a 15 - 5 win by Custom Woodworking over Colonial East. Custom Woodworking finished in 2nd place.

With a 9 - 6 victory this morning over Dynamic PT, LTCI (team sponsor Delmarva Long Term Care Insurance) clinched the 2013 OTS regular season championship. LTCI will be the #1 seed in the end-of-season tournament scheduled to start this Thursday, 8/29.

Practices will continue to be held every Monday morning starting at 9:00. Ed Gole will be coordinating the sessions.

There will be practice on Labor Day - Monday 9/2, starting at 9:00.
