Custom Woodworking completed their undefeated run through the tournament bracket today with a 7 - 4 victory over runner-up James Gang. Custom Woodworking withstood a 4-run 7th inning rally by James Gang.

In the first game today, James Gang easily defeated Delmarva LTCI, 14 - 3, to advance to the championship game.

Three more teams were eliminated in today's games, leaving only three to fight for the championship.

Dynamic PT came from behind, scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the seventh to eliminate Harrington Casino, 15 - 14.

#1 seed Delmarva LTCI held on to oust #3 seed All Out Sports, 6 - 5.

LTCI then played Dynamic PT in the 3rd elimination game of the day and coasted to a 16 - 6 win.

In the battle of the unbeatens, #2 seed Custom Woodworking eked out a 6 - 5 win over #9 James Gang with Paul Litwin's RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning.

The tournament wraps up tomorrow. LTCI plays James Gang to determine the winner of the Loser's Bracket, who will then play Custom Woodworking for the championship.

Six teams were eliminated on the second day of the tournament. B & E Tires lost a close one to LTCI by a score of 7 - 6. Terry Thomas, freshly off the injured reserve list, provided the game-winning base hit. Ocean View Family Restaurant and Harrington Casino easily eliminated their opponents, Ed Jones (12 - 3) and American Legion (10 - 1), respectively. And Colonial East continued their season-long dominance over Ireland Four Courts, winning 8 - 4.

In the second round of the Loser's Bracket, LTCI snuck by with a 5 - 3 elimination of Ocean View, and Harrington cruised to a 16 - 6 victory over Colonial East.

In the Winner's Bracket, James Gang edged Dynamic PT, 7 - 4, and Custom Woodworking easily handled All Out Sports, 9 - 2. (Does anyone remember if Harry Liebig got a hit today?)

That leaves two teams in the Winner's Bracket - #2 seed Custom Woodworking and #9 seed James Gang. Four teams are left in the Loser's Bracket - #1 LTCI, #3 All Out Sports, #5 Dynamic PT and #8 Harrington.
