The Pinebrookwood Orcas individual and team composite photos will be taken today, May 25th at the Pinebrook pool from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. The individual photos will be taken on acrylic blocks in the pool. The team photo will be a composite created by the photographer from individual headshots taken in front of a blue background.
If you want your swimmer(s) to be in the team composite photo but you have no plans to purchase any photos there is a $2 fee per swimmer. This fee is charged by photographer to cover cost/expenses associated with creating team composite photo. For new families, the kids should wear their team suits (or any one piece suit they have) and have dry hair. Order forms will be available at the Pinebrook pool today. Team Photos and Practice Signups for week of 5/24 - 5/28
Below are the links to the practices for next week. You need to sign up for all the practices your swimmer will attend. If you are unable to make a practice after you have signed up please delete so that another swimmer can attend.
The Pinebrookwood Orcas individual photos will be taken Tuesday, May 25th at the Pinebrook pool from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. The team photo will be a composite created by the photographer from the individual photos. We have contracted Group Photography Studio with photographer Ken Staley. This is the same photography group who has been taking the Orcas photos for the past few years. They are very organized and will have two photo stations set up in the shallow end of the pool. For the new families, the kids wear their team suits with dry hair and will sit on a clear block in the water. Photography flyers will be available at the pools this week. There will also be flyers available on day of photos.
Reminders for practices:
• Please have your child sign in when they come into the pool. The sign up sheets will be near the gates of both pools.
• Please have your child at the pool 10 minutes prior to practice so they are ready to go when practice starts.

Volunteer Sign Up for Deer Park Meet (5/22) is Active
The volunteer signup for the Deer Park meet (5/22) is active. Login and sign up now. All families are required to volunteer at any meet their swimmer(s) partcipates in .
The Orcas meet against Deer Park on 5/22 is now available. Log into the parent portal from our website and declare your intent for this meet. Deadline is midnight on 5/16. Remember even if your swimmer is unable to attend we still need you to log in a make a selection.
