The Village School Girls Basketball program is leading their 2nd Annual “Vikings vs Cancer Day.” The date will be next Tuesday, February 2nd. All students and staff will be encouraged to wear PINK. There is also a basketball game at 6:00PM that night, as the Lady Vikings Basketball Team takes on Northland Christian.

For anyone interested, we are offering an opportunity to purchase a VIKINGS vs CANCER PINK T-SHIRT. The cost of the shirt is $20. All proceeds from the shirt will be donated to a Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Diane Staff. Diane is an Kindergarten Teacher at The Village School who is courageously battling Cancer. Anyone who knows Diane understands that she displays the type of SERVANT LEADERSHIP, which we all want to see from our students. Despite everything going on in her own life, Diane continues to make it her mission to serve her family, friends, students, and co-workers.

Please help us honor Diane Staff, as well as anyone else who has battled Cancer, by wearing PINK on Tuesday, February 2nd. If you would like to purchase a t-shirt, please send your name, room #, & shirt size to Coach Brotherton by 9AM tomorrow (Wednesday, January 30th).
