Winnipeg Dynamo Kyiv Soccer Club is under the auspices of Ukrainian Canadian Congress-Manitoba Provincial Council and the Club is affiliated with the Manitoba Major Soccer League. We are pleased to announce that our Club hosted a "Ukraine Co-ed Indoor Youth Cup Soccer 2003 Tournament" on: Saturday, March 29th and Sunday, March 30th Venue:Gateway Recreation Centre, 1717 Gateway Rd., Winnipeg,Manitoba Players:Girls and Boys(co-ed) ages 12 to 15 (born 1988-1991) Schedule:4 teams of 12 players, each team plays 3 games of 2-25 minute halves on: Saturday, March 29th games - Results of these games 9:00am Team Poltava 4 Team Kyiv 1 10:00am Team Odessa 5 Team Lviv 3 12:00noo Team Poltava 2 Team Odessa 1 1:00pm Team Kyiv 7 Team Lviv 3 3:00pm Team Poltava 6 Team Lviv 2 4:00pm Team Kyiv 3 Team Odessa 3 Sunday, March 30th games 10:00am Team Odessa 6 Team Kyiv 4 Semi-Final Final 12:00noon Team Poltava 4 Team Odessa 3 TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS FOR 2003 YOUTH CUP.....P O L T A V A The tournament had been sanctioned by Manitoba Soccer Association and approved by Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association and Manitoba Major Soccer League. On behalf of the Ukrainian community, soccer community, Ukrainian Canadian Congress-Manitoba Provincial Council and Winnipeg Dynamo Kyiv Soccer Club a member of the Premier division of the Manitoba Major Soccer League; we thank you youth players, parents, officials, spectators and corporate sponsors for your participation in this 1st annual Ukraine Youth Cup 2003 Indoor Tournament. This was a SUCCESSFUL event within the Winnipeg soccer community. A big thank you to TARAS MALUZYNSKY for organizing this 1st annual tournament. The 2004 tournament is already in the planning stage.
