Attire – Business Causal / Formal. Dress to impress as the kids say.

I have received a few emails as RSVP’s to the banquet. I need all swimmers to turn in a RSVP card. I don’t want to miss someone that emailed or texted me because I have those in multiple places. I will be at the pool deck until 3:25 for your swimmer to turn in the card. Thank you for understanding as it will help me organize the event since I am the one taking names and numbers.

Good Evening Parents,
I began to hand out invitations to the 2016 Swim Banquet today in the boys swim class. I will continue to hand out the rest of them tomorrow during the girls swim class. If you have a swimmer that is not in the class, please have them swing by the pool to pick up their invitation.

In the invitation is a RSVP card that needs to come back to me this week. This is extremely important as it will let me know how many chairs and tables we will need for the banquet. This years banquet will be different than in the past. It will be a dessert banquet at the pool from 7:00 PM to 9:00 ish. The focus of this years banquet will be team and senior oriented. There will not be a cost to families but I do ask that everyone brings their favorite dessert to share. I would still like to have the kids dress up and keep it as a formal gathering. It will be a great night and I look forward to highlighting our team successes and our amazing seniors!!

Tomorrow will be a very exciting meet for our swimmers. All swimmers on the team should attend to support their team and be part of a championship meet regardless if they are swimming in it or not. We will be featuring the top 16 swimmers in each event in a fun and exciting way, so come out and support your Sharks!! If you are planning on volunteering again please bring your black wrist bad or if you are new to the volunteer group please see coach White. We are also looking for two more easy ups for tomorrow. We need them for the ready area for swimmers in the finals heat. Thank you for all you support and please come out and support the team! GO Sharks!!!

Hello Sharks!
As we get ready for a big day tomorrow there are a few things that I need to pass on. First: Prelims will start tomorrow at 3:00 PM. The doors for spectators will open at 2:30pm. There will be a 5 dollar adult charge and a 3 dollar student and child fee. This is the only time the league charges for entry to a meet but there will not be a parking fee. Also the pool deck will be closed to all parents unless they are working the meet. For all the volunteers, the parking lot across from the pool will be open for you to park between 12:00 and 2:00 PM before its open to everyone else. I would appreciate most volunteers to be there before 1:30. Our warm ups are at 1:30 and there will need to be some training for certain positions.

The boys will have a release time of 1:00 PM tomorrow and all swimmers should wear shark gear. If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
