We will be meeting up on Sunday nights from 6:30PM to 8:00PM at the Capital News Centre. From 6:30-7:00 there will be a warm up off the field. From 7:00 to 8:00 there will be a practice on the field followed up by a short meeting afterwards. Bring all ball gear and runners. Shorts are recommended for the indoor work.
