Happy Friday Lady Titan LAX Family,

As you know, our JV team will be playing 2 games tomorrow in Columbia, MO. The first game is against the Columbia LAX Club at noon, and the second game is against the Styx Lax Club out of STL.
My plan is for everyone to meet at the LSW parking lot by no later than 8:45am tomorrow morning so we can make sure we have rides to and from CoMo for everyone. All players and family are invited to come along, but only the JV players will be playing.
I have also attached a picture showing where the fields are once you get to Cosmo Park. Take I-70 East and exit on EXIT# 124 (Stadium Blvd), turn left, take the first right onto the outer loop. Cosmo Park will be on your left. We will be playing on Field #5.
If anyone has a portable canopy they are willing to bring along, that may help keep the sun off of our players between games. I will also recommend stadium chairs for all the parents as I don’t remember there being any bleachers at the field. I would also recommend a blanket or towel for players who may want to sit on the ground between games.

Happy Monday Lady Titan LAX Family,

First, let me say how proud the coaching staff is with our performance on both the JV and Varsity teams last Thursday. What a great showing, and it was great to see all of our hard work paying off. Now we get ready for our next opponent.

Here’s what’s coming up over this week.
– There are no games this week.
– We have our first out-of-town games this weekend in Columbia for the JV team. Everyone is welcome to come out to Columbia, but only those players who were invited to participate will play. Based on our performance last Thursday, I expect us to play well on Saturday. Our game times are not 100% final yet, but I will be working with the coordinator in CoMo to get it finalized as soon as possible.

That’s it for now. The plan is simple…work hard in practice all week, get ready for the weekend.

Here’s what’s coming up over this week.
- Team pictures Monday at 5pm, plus practice afterward
– Our first game is this Tuesday vs our cross-town rivals LSN at LSN’s sod field behind their football stadium. We have switched game times, so Varsity starts at 5:30pm, and the JV game will start after Varsity game at 6:45pm. Let’s pack the stands and get LOUD! I want all players to be at the stadium, on the field and ready for warm-ups no later than 4:45pm. JV will be on-site and cheer on the Varsity team during their game, and then the Varsity team will stay on the sidelines after their game and cheer on the JV.
– Our 2nd game this week will be our home-opener on Thurs 7 APRIL vs LSHS. The JV game will be vs Park Lacrosse at 5:30pm, and the Varsity game will be at 6:45pm vs LSHS. Our goal is to be 2-0 going into the weekend…let’s do our best to make that happen.

Here is what is coming up for this week:

Welcome Back from Spring Break everyone. I hope everyone had a great week off. Thanks to the 20 girls who made it to practices over Spring Break. It was good to get some practice in. Now it’s time to get to work as games start this week.

Here’s what’s coming up over this week.
– Practices Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm – 7pm.
– Our first game is this Wednesday vs our cross-town rivals LSN at LSN’s sod field behind their football stadium. JV starts at 5:30pm. Varsity starts after the JV game at 6:45pm. Let’s pack the stands and get LOUD! I want all players to be at the stadium, on the field and ready for warm-ups no later than 4:45pm. Varsity will be on-site and cheer on the JV team during their game, and then the JV team will stay on the sidelines after their game and cheer on the Varsity. Based on what I have seen over the last 5 seasons, we are either the only team, or one of very few, in the league who do this…I feel it builds team unity, so I will continue to do it this way.
– Team pictures have been scheduled for Monday 4 APRIL at 5:00pm at LSW. Pics will be taken in full uniform. We will have practice afterwards as we prep for our 2nd game on Thurs 7 APRIL vs LSHS.

Here is what is coming up for this week:

This is the last full week of practices before Spring Break next week. Please make every effort to make every practice as we start playing our games when we get back from Spring Break.

– Practices Mon-Thurs from 5pm – 7pm.

– New uniforms are in. Our plan is to pass them out to the players during Monday’s practice.

– Boathouse Jacket Orders – Anyone interested in ordering a Boathouse Jacket MUST turn in a check for $150 to Mr. Rasdall by no later than Wednesday 16 MARCH. We must meet a minimum of 6 jackets ordered to take advantage of a $40 discount per jacket. No orders will be accepted without a check.

– Spring Break Practices – we have not decided on Spring Break practices yet. I will be confirming availability of coaches during this week’s practices. Once practices are decided on, we will send out information. These practices will be optional.
