2012 Senior League

Registration Information

• Registration for Martinsburg Little League baseball Senior Division will take place at Oatesdale Park on
  Saturday, April 28th from 9:30am - 10:30am.
  
  
• Everyone must register regardless of prior participation.
  
  
• Players born between May 1, 1995 and April 30, 1997 are eligible to play. (league ages 15-16)
  
  
• All new players must have a copy of a valid state birth certificate for the league to keep on file
  (Proof of Age Requirements).
  
  
• All players must reside within the league boundaries and provide a photocopy of four proofs of residence to be kept on file. (Proof of Residency Requirements must be dated between Aug 1 of previous year and Feb 1 of current year.) 
  
  
• The parent or legal guardian with custody of the child must be present to sign the forms.
  
  
• Signing up late could cause your child to be put on a waiting list until a vacancy occurs.

Both the Application and Medical Release Form need to be filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
