2017 Summer Workout Schedule (Strength & Conditioning)
Beginning on Monday, June 12th and running throughout the summer, Coach John Garrish (Strength & Conditioning Coordinator) will be holding workout sessions for all NBPS Student-Athletes. All workouts will take place in our new Global Wellness Center Weight Room as well as on the Turf Field. We encourage all of our athletes to take advantage of these off-season workouts.
