Field Day will take place Saturday April 2 and start at 8am and run until noon. The field maintenance review will take place at 8am. Jim Vance will be there to review with our managers how to properly maintain our fields. (Managers must attend) The first field day is the most important and we would appreciate it if you could attend. If you have a rake or leaf blower please bring that as it will help us move faster through the work. We hope to see you there!

To all-
As STBSA has done in the past, we will be requiring all Managers, Coaches, Concession and Dugout personnel to complete a background check and a concussion course to participate as a volunteer for our league.
The league is appreciative of all our parents’ volunteer time, however the safety and well-being of our players is our highest priority. Anyone volunteering must have these completed by March 15th. The concussion course link is below and is good for 3 years. For the background check, we would need a First, Middle and Last name, social security number, home address, and email.
The background information can be sent to my email at ffokar@aol.com or text to my cell at 234-855-5550. You can also bring this information to the manager meeting if you would prefer or call with this information at your convenience.
Thank you.
Marty Rakoff
STBSA League President

Springfield Township Baseball and Softball Association is a non-profit, all volunteer organization which provides supervised baseball and softball programs to the youth of our community. Our main objective is to present to them the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for others so they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens. We are asking that you support us in our efforts.
The following page illustrates how different levels of support provide a platform that recognizes your organization as a supporter of youth sports and of the community you operate in.
We hope you agree that support of the STBSA is a benefit to both the youth of our community and your organization. We thank you in advance for your time and generosity.
